This program is designed for elementary and middle school students eager to learn the basics of wrestling. This course focuses on essential techniques, movement skills, and conditioning to build a strong foundation in the sport. Through engaging lessons, drills, and demonstrations, participants will improve their skills, confidence, & overall athleticism.

Youth Intermediate
Designed for elementary and middle school wrestlers with some experience, this program builds on fundamental techniques while introducing more advanced moves, strategies, and match scenarios. Through structured lessons, conditioning, and live drills, participants will sharpen their skills, improve their agility, and develop greater confidence on the mat.

High School
The Warriors Wrestling Club's High School Training Program is designed for wrestlers of all levels—from beginners looking to build a solid foundation to experienced athletes striving for a state championship. This program focuses on technical mastery, advanced drilling, live wrestling, and intense conditioning to prepare athletes for competition at the highest level. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or pushing toward elite performance, our expert coaching will help you develop the skills, strength, and mindset needed to succeed. Train hard, compete strong, and become the best wrestler you can be!
Freestyle: Mon, Wed, & Fri 3:00-4:00pm
Folkstyle: Mon, Wed, & Fri 4:00-5:30pm

Adult Fitness & Wrestling
This class is designed for adults who want to learn the basics of wrestling while getting a great workout. Whether you’re a former athlete looking to get back in shape or a beginner curious about the sport, this class will introduce fundamental wrestling. In addition to technical drills, we’ll incorporate strength, endurance, and mobility exercises inspired by how wrestlers train. Expect a mix of bodyweight movements, functional training, and partner drills to improve your fitness while learning wrestling. No experience is needed—just bring a positive attitude and be ready to work!
